Versaterm announces the launch of the 2024 Versaterm Re:Invent Users Conference that is again combined with the ever popular JusticeTrax Users' Group Meeting. This joint event promises to be an even more expansive and enriching event for you, our users than in years past.
Niagara Regional Police Service and St. Catharines Fire Services are proud to be this year’s hosts. The conference will be September 16-19, 2024, at the Sheraton Fallsview in Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada.
This event for all Versaterm users, including Versaterm CAD and RMS users and JusticeTrax users, provides a venue for learning more about our ecosystem of solutions, networking with other industry professionals, and hearing what's new in public safety. We are committed to delivering the same great training sessions, tips and tricks, technical deep dives, success stories, roundtables, product roadmaps and updates, and ask me anything (AMA). This year, there will be more LIMS and responder wellness-related sessions.
The conference will begin with the evening Welcome Reception on Monday, September 16 and will close on Thursday, September 19 with the Client Appreciation Night.

The Venue
The 2024 Versaterm Re:Invent Users Conference will be held at the Sheraton Fallsview Hotel. The hotel is near popular attractions, restaurants, and wineries – many within walking distance. Other amenities include an onsite spa, eight unique food and beverage outlets, two pools, and a 24-hour fitness center. We have also secured rooms at the adjoining Crowne Plaza Niagara Falls-Fallsview.
